We accept returns for eligible items within 10 days from the date of delivery(excluding: any sewing patterns, vintage items, books/leaflets, gift card and custom made orders). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item(s). Upon receiving your returned item(s) and verifying their eligibility, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
