1. Shipping Method and Carrier:

We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States and Internationally. All shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS), Canada and other country by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Postal Service (UPS), utilizing their Ground Advantage Mail, Standard (UPS), First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Wordwide Express (UPS) or Express Priority Mail services. This ensures reliable and expedited delivery of your orders.

2. Shipping Timeframe:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding shop vacation days). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Estimates:

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1-10 business days for most locations within the United States. International delivery can take up to 1-5 weeks. However, delivery times may vary depending on your exact location or country any potential delays within the postal system.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the USPS, UPS websites or our Order Tracking page.

5. International Orders and Countries Requiring VAT:

Ordes are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning product prices exclude all taxes and duties. ANAPACLOTHING is not responsible for import duties, all taxes, tariffs and other charges (including VAT) incurred once the shipment reaches the destination country. If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, ANAPACLOTHING will not issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to research potential fees and verify customs procedures. The customer is responsible for import duties, all taxes, tariffs and other charges (including VAT) and that refusing delivery due to these fees may result in the order being returned to sender without a order being refunded (including shipping).

6. International Orders Requirements:

For all international orders you must provide a valid phone number and valid email address. Without this information the order will not be shipped.

7. Shipping Updates:

For any updates or changes to your shipping information, such as address corrections or delivery instructions, please contact us for customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once your order has been shipped.
